sore throat

im not sure if my dog has a sore throat as she goes to bark but nothing comes out. could that be the problem?

Answer
Dogs do get sore throats. They also get tonsillitis, so I would get her to the vet's as soon as you can and have her throat looked at. Not knowing her age or breed etc I cannot say much more than that.

Have the vet look down her throat and check her lungs as well.
