discolouration on labradors paws

My ten yr old labrador has developed a peculiar pinkish-red discolouration on all her paws, should I be concerned and take her to the vet or will it just disappear?

Your lab is licking her feet a lot. This is what causes that color-it's from her saliva. Why is she licking is the key here. I would guess arthritis in her feet or legs. You might want to have your vet look over her joints and get her on some Deramaxx for pain. My own dog is on it now and then for her hip.

More than likely it is from her licking her feet.
