4 yr old pitbull

She is not eating, or walking, hasnt in 2 days. Has had heart worms in the past. What should i do.

You should get her to your vet right away. She is either having some heart issues or something else is wrong with her. She probably isn't walking because her gut, liver or heart is hurting her. Dogs will not walk sometimes if they are in a lot of pain.
