Lose appetite

Hello M'am..well I have a male rottweiler puppy of 5 months,he has lost his appetite..He is not eating as before and playing also..I gave him royal canin and at night rice and meat..he vomits and diarrhea also..Please advice me because i cannot see him like that..thank you

use apple to control the diarrhea and vomitting.
method.

pierce skin
place in microwave for a few minutes
then mash up and serve a few tspoons daily and store in fridge.
