quarantine time if any

I am interested in taking my dogs to Ukraine. I plan to work there 4 moths to 4 years and return to the US. What is required? What are the quarantine times? Can they be avoided? options. Info neeeded for going and returning please.

There is not a quarantine going into the Ukraine.

You will need to microchip, get health certificate, export documents and a USDA endorsement before entry will be allowed.
