Question
i would like to know how to use the litter box in a moving van and my cats, should i have a litter box available? will they use it? both are 1 yr old one male and one female i have had since they were born.  do i make pit stops?  i want to use a harness on each while on this 12 hr trip is that okay?  i dont want to risk loosing them in the fear of this new experience.

they do not like to be in cars, just the safety of their home but have I to move,  any other tips for me to help make this a pleasant journey for them?

thanks,
randi

Answer
HI RANDI
I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY PUT A LITTER TRAY IN BACK OF THE VAN PUT SOME PAPERS UNDER IT TO CATCH THE MESS THAT FLIES.
KEEP WATER ALSO FREELY.
THEY SHOULD TRAVEL WELL, U MIGHT NEED TO COVER A FEW WINDOWS AT FIRST UNTIL THEY ADJUST FOR ITS THE MOVING THAT SCARES THE HECK OUTTA THEM.  SOME GO TOTALLY NUTS IN A MOVING AUTO.
KEEP THE HARNASSES ON FOR SURE AND HAVE A SAFE TRIP.  DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT AT ALL.  KEEP ALL THINGS INSIDE, TOWELS, TOO.
