Worried about balloon molly

Question
My balloon mollie (black) gave birth and her belly appears to white areas but it doesn't appear to be ick. Any suggestions on what it might be?  I have quarantined her for now just incase.  From the same tank I have a normal black mollie which has developed ulcers on each side of her face.  Not had issues like this previously and wondering if they are just bacteria or Fish TB. Again I have quarantined the fish for now but worried about course of action from here in.

Quaruntining her is a good idea but you are not giving me enough to work off of.
Is there rapid breathing?
Abnormal swimming movements?
Anything on the eyes?
Anything hanging from the body, gills, or anus?

Any information you have (no matter how trivial it may seem) could be the symptom needed to define the cause.
