Can aquarium water make a cat sick?

I am not the correct expert to ask. Depending on how sick your cat is, you should either take it to the Vet if it is super sick or ask a expert who deals with cat questions if it is not that sick. I appologize for the lack of knowledge in this area but I honestly have no idea. I have had a few cats but never had a problem with them getting into the fish tank water. I would not guess it should seriously affect them, it may make them throw-up or act sad for one day but not any serious reactions, which if the cat is very sick I would take it to the Vet as the fish water is likely not to be the problem. Let me know if you have any more aquarium questions. Sorry for the lack of knowledge on this one.
