I believe my Delmation Mollies is pregnant how many baby fish should i expect????

Hard to say for sure, but anywhere from 1 to 100 :)    I've even heard as many as 200.  I'd say around 10-30 would be more in the normal range though.

If you just let them be, and let "nature" take it's course, the number that actually survive would be much lower, because the other fish in the tank-even the parents, will usually eat the fry/babies.  The fry that are good at hiding will survive.  If you don't have a large tank, or a separate tank to move them to and separate the males and females, I'd suggest just letting them be.  You can very quickly be overrun within 2 months.
