Question
I have a five gallon aquarium with one tetra that I have had for a few years now. I want to get rid of the old aquarium and downsize to a 1.5 gallon. The new aquarium has  been setup for over 24 hours, but I am afraid to put my fish in it. I have treated the water in the new tank. what do I need to do to be sure not to hurt my fish. if I get a couple more tetras, will they fight this fish and is this aquarium big enough for more?

Answer
Ann,

A 1.5 gallon tank is not big enough for ANY fish. In that small of a tank, you will not be able to add a filter. It is best if you can keep the five gallon tank. You can put 3 fish total in a five gallon tank. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.
