white bumpy things on fish

Hi, hows it goin? My goldfish, 2 regular, 1 with a little brain on top and one of
those popped out eyes fish that swim funny (total fish 4 ). They all have tiny
little white bumps all over them,it kinda looks like tiny tiny tiny air bubbles. I
love my fish even though i only paid like 7 bucks for them, they keep me
entertained and happy. hope u can help.

These tiny little white bumps, does it look like someone sprinkled the fish with a salt shaker?  Like little white pimples on them?  Or does it look more like a powder dusting on them?

I'm leaning towards a disease called ich because of the white bumps, but the air bubble description is kinda throwing me off that.
