cloudiness in freshwater

My freshwater has been running for about 4 mths i have freshwater plants and system running good, this morning the tank was very cloudy what could that be

Hi Mike,
Seeing s your tank is fully matured i wouldn't think this could be due to a bacterial bloom. Overfeeding can cause cloudy water. Reduce the amount of food and this should sort itself out. I would also do daily water changed as this may also help get rid of the haziness in the water.
