my tank

Question
HI I HAD FIFTEEN BEAUTIFUL GOLD FISH IN MY TANK NOW I HAVE ONE IN THE SPACE OF 2 DAYS. I DID A COMPLETE WATER CHANGE OF MY TANK BECAUSE IT WAS FILTHY AND I USED DRINKING WATER TO FILL IT. I PUT IN THE ALGAE CONTROLLER AND WATER TREATMENT THEN I ADDED MY FISH AFTER ABOUT 1/2 HOUR BACK TO MY TANK. THEY STARTED DYING 1 AND 2 AT A TIME. WHAT IS GOING ON CAN U HELP ME?
