Got Pregnant AGAIN?!

Dear Jaymie Johnson,
My guppy recently got pregnant and gave birth to seven frys in 2/7/12 and today it's stomach is getting bigger than usual and I haven't over fed it and it has been over 4 hours since I fed it so the food should be digested. So my question is, could it be pregnant again in this short amount of time?

It takes 21 to 31 days before your guppy with have fry again. As long as she is swimming normally and eating normally, there really isn't anything to do at the moment. Make sure you are feeding only enough food for your fish to eat in 2 minutes. Anything more is over feeding and they will end up with swim bladder disease, constipation and other problems. Make sure you are doing your weekly 25% water changes and that you are testing weekly for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates.
