moving to a 90 gallon

I want to move 21 fish, a variety of tetras, sharks, barbs and dwarf frogs over from a 29 gallon tank to a 90 gallon. How long do I run the tank empty before adding the fish, and how do I go about adding them so I don't kill any?

This will vary greatly depending on who you ask. :)  Me personally I would get the new tank all ready, get it decorated, put dechlorinated water in it, make sure the tempature in my new tank matched that of my old tank, let it run a couple hours and put my fish in it.
Many people would gasp at that saying you must let it cycle for a long time etc.  I have never cycled my tank and I have never had a problem as a result.
