I need a lot more information if I am to help your fish;

What size tank do you have?
How long has the tank been set up?
How often do you change water?
How big is the oscar?
Are there other fish in the tank?
What are they and what size?
How long have you had the oscar?
What is the water temperature?
What kind of filter system?
How often do you clean the filter?
What kind of food do you feed?
Is it the same food he has always eaten?
Has anything in or around his tank changed that might upset him?
