electric blue/african/breeding/help

Question
My electric blue female just mated with my male nygeria(i think
thats his name).  Anyway, i have had a tank for 9 months or so
and none of the fish have matted so far.  
I have no idea what to do, but i do know that i have about 2
weeks to figure it out.  
If you know anything that could help me i would really
appreciate it.  Wow, that was really cool to watch!

Hi Jami,
 It is fascinating, isn't it.  

 Unfortunately, now you have a tough decision.  Those are two different species of cichlid and their breeding will create a hyrid.  There are lots of problems with hybrids and you need to decide what to do about the offspring, should any hatch.
