goldfish eggs

hi well i have 2 gold fishs ans well in the morning i found little eggs like thinks on the sid of my fish bowl. should i chane the water or will they die if i9 do that, umm my firned told me that the father woul eat the eggs is that true please get back to me bye

Goldfish need at least 45 litres each to survive, so in an unfiltered bowl they will not be happy, and the fry (offspring) will not survive.
I recommend, if you are short of cash, looking on ebay for a good 20 Gallon tank for little money. You can buy them very cheaply there. You will also need a good filter, I recommend Fluval 3 Plus, or Fluval 4 Plus.
You should never change all of the water, any beneficial bacteria will die. Do 20 percent water changes daily, until you can get a new tank.
