all of my fish have enlarged nostrils and some white growth coming from them they are also flashing please could you help me

Sounds to me like a severe internal infection. My recommendation is to get anti bacteria medications from your local pet store (pond sized bottles, if they have them) and begin treating for the bacterial problems right away. The sooner you take care of the bacterial infection, the better your fish's odds of surviving.
