Sick Cichlid Please HELP

Hi Ron i have a yellow and black striped cichlid female and she is spinning in circles non-stop. She was doing 360's while swimmming in circles but I added more water treatment to the tank. She is swimming on her side and upside down. I hope you can help my email is jbear.cutie@yahoo.com Please I am so scared I have had her for a while now and have never had any problems with her.

Hi Jamie,
  Unfortunately, that doesn't sound good at all.  Has she been bitten by another fish?  Is the water temperature way out of whack or anything else unusal happen?
