parrot with eggs

Question
hi , i have a five foot tank and have 6 parrots , recently i have seen my parrots hatching eggs bit they never hatch andas far as i checked on net its told they wont hatch , but if there is somethign i can do to make them hatch i would like to try , and apart from that one of my parrot is finding difficult to swim , it looks like its handicapped or soemthing , it happened suddenly and now it just stays in one place but other wise its helathy and it been more than two months since it happened to it , is there somethign i can do to help it move normally

Hi Subashini,
  I don't know if you know, but parrot cichlids are a man-made hybrid fish and do not occur in the wild.  Some of them appear to be able to breed, but many are unable to do so and there isn't anything you can do about that.  They also get some weird issues such as you describe and that is likely a cause of how they were created.
