Swallen Mbuma my mbuma's got a really swollen up stomach after stop eating for about a week.

Hi Gregory,
Unfortunately this is a condition known as "bloat". Bloat is not a specific disease but rather a symptom. It could be caused by many things which is what makes treating it difficult. It could be some problem in the diet. Or, it could be intestinal blockage. Or, it could be the result of an infection.   There are various medications that claim to cure it, but I have had little success with them. Sorry.
