I bought 20 guppies, I only have six left and 8 frys. I was wondering why they stay at the top of my tank in a corner,then the next day at least one is dead

When you got the fish in bags did you when you got home keep the fish in the bags and let them stay on top of the water in your tank for about 15 minutes? That would be why if you didn't do that. They have to get use to the new water and temperature for at least 15 minutes.

If you did do that, then i really wouldn't know why. I would check your water to make sure that it is safe.
