Betta fish friends.

Hi,

I read the answer about to Amy's question about getting a betta fish a friend. I have decided to get either an agelfish or a kind of bottom feeder. My tank size is currently a 2 gallon. Would the tank be to small for the new member of the fish tank?

Hello Robin (and Prince!)

2 gallons should be all right, as long as there's enough free-swimming room for both fish (i.e. not too many decorations.)

Personally I'd go for a small catfish, like a Raphael or a Bumblebee, because bettas won't nip them. And they're pretty cute! :)
