Bala Shark Rock stuck in his throat?

Hello,

 I believe that my Bala Shark has a rock or rocks stuck in his throat.  We have pulled a rock out of his mouth about two years ago using tweezers and he was fine.  My husband noticed today that he was hanging upside down a bit curled up so he checked him out.  He had a rock lodged in his mouth, he tweezed it out but when I came home to check on him, he is still crooked, upside down, mouth is wide open and he looks like he is gasping for air!  He is a big guy, but there is no more rocks visible.  How do I know if it is swelling, or just more rocks that I can't get to?  Is he suffering if he has rocks stuck?  HELP!

 Unfortunately it is impossible for me to tell from here if he has more rocks stuck in his throat. Only you can determine that.   Sadly, yes he would be suffering if he has rocks stuck
in his throat.  Your best bet is to catch him, hold him with wet hands and take a really good
look down his throat.
