sick kenyi

i have a 10 gallon tank with one female kenyi . all the water tests are fine. my ph is 7.4. she seems to be bloated especially under her mouth and also has spasms like convulsions . she is going on 3 days without eating. please advise, thanks

 Hmm... Does it look like her mouth is full of something?  

If so, she is holding eggs.  Given that there is no male around, the eggs won't be fertilized, which she will eventually figure out, but in the meantime she will continue to mouthbrood them (and not eat).
