i had this new tank from one month now i did add fish on 2nd week and some on 3rd week i have mix of african cich.. and few american oscar fish, few days back i saw few white spot (ich) on 2 fish so i got anti white spot teatment which is runing now i have stop feeding only very little on every 3rd day as they eat in 3 min. total no of fish 8, tank size 80Lt. changing water 25% every day after this problem. and today i have check my water with test kit PH 7.6 , Ammonia 2.0, and Nitrite 5.0. now i dont understand this so can you please come back with reply to solve this problem. my fish are swmming fine and look good to me. my current temprature after this problem i have rais to 80F.

Hi Vikesh,
  The problem is that it takes a while (about 6 weeks) for a tank to fully stabilize (to "cycle" as we call it). During that time the various beneficial bacteria are building up.  It takes time.  Until they do, you are likely to experience high ammonia and nitrite conditions.  Keep up with the water changes and DO NOT ADD more fish.   Feed lightly and be absolutely sure that uneaten food is not accumulating in the tank and rotting.
