tin foil barb

Question
i have a 12 to 13 year old tin foil barb who has been acting strange. not eating, swimming a lot less, color more red than silver, darting and smashing in to lid, stays close to heater and floats semi vertically. . did 25% water change. other fish in tank(placo) appears fine. is there anything i can do or is it maybe just his time. thanks

Hi Joe,
 It may be his time, but I would suggest doing more 25% water changes just in case it is something in the water. It certainly can't hurt.
