Answer
Hello Arsalan,

I am so sorry you lost your fish, but it is good that you are continuing to keep fishes, as it is clear you love them.

For two Tetra ( I assume you mean Rainbow Tetra, which are common in your area), 2 platties and a betta, you will need an aquarium of 20 gallons.  You will need a filtration unit, not a sponge filter.  Sponge filters are useless unless used with a heavily planted tank, so please keep this in mind.

Plants will help water quality tremendously, so I do recommend planting the tank.

20 gallons = 80L

I would use a water conditioner that treats for chlorine and chloramine, both.

I would feed fishes every 24 hours.  Not more often.  Only feed what the fishes will eat within 1 minute.  Leftovers need to be removed by vacuuming the gravel.  To vacuum gravel, use a siphon hose, and drain water along with debris off the very top of the gravel.  Skim close as you are able.

Change water every 2 weeks at the rate of 25%.  Return new, clean water in the place of the water you siphon out and your gravel and aquarium will remain clean.

YOu do not have to worry about stress.  If you decorate with driftwood and natural plants for the aquarium, the aquarium will be beautiful and stress free.

You have learned.  I wish you well and hope to hear wonderful news about your new fishes soon. :)

Happy fish-keeping.
