Melafix dosage

Question
I have a red male betta with a slight touch of tail rot and pop eye so I got some Melafix to help heal him, but I can't figure out how much to put in the tank. I have him in a 1 gallon tank, but the bottle only gives directions for a 10 gallon. Can you help me out here?
