cohabitaing parents and babies

Question
I have one Zebra finch and one brownish finch I do not know the kind.  She is sitting 5 eggs and I'm wondering if the eggs hatch, can they all live together?


Answer
It depends on the species of the other finch. Some birds are part of the same family and can give birth to hybrids. The chance of this happening is low but not impossible.
If they are fertile, they all can live together until the parents decide to start nesting again. Some pairs get very aggressive when they are nesting
