Finch babies

My Zebra finch just have 3 babies, but i have noticed that they have a sack on its neck with food, it does not look comfortable or normal. Is it?

It sounds like you are describing the crop of the babies. This perfectly fine. As long as the parents aren't feeding the babies seed then you don't have worry. If they are you may lose your babies. Even if they aren't I would suggest taking out food that has large seeds in it. The babies won't be able to digest these large seeds so they will get stuck somewhere along the way and start to rot in the baby, killing it.
