what sould i do?

Answer
They sometimes eat it for the reason you put it in there.  It's trying to file down its beak.  Try wrapping the sandpaper around the perches.  If you do that, it becomes harder for them to eat it.

You can also try giving them grit, which is basically fine sand and minerals, and mix it in their food.  That will help keep the beak growth under control.  This stuff is really cheap, plus it gives them minerals like calcium that they need.

What kind of perches do you have?  Wooden dowel type perches are best for this problem because they can file down their beaks, plus it keeps their nails filed.

A budgie's beak is sort of like a rodent's teeth; it keeps growing throughout their lives and gets filled down with time.

If the growth really has you worried, or it seems to be keeping it from eating and drinking normally, then you can take it to a vet to have it filed down.
