I have been told that budgies like to eat bottle brush flowers, is this true and what other greens or plants can they eat, thank you

Hello Debbie,

I would be very cautious about giving a pet bird anything that grows in the ground. There are lots of chemicals,diseases, and parasites that live in the ground. Also some plants are deadly to budgies, which are to numerous to list. You should probably do a google search for "safe plants for budgies" and read the numerous things you should keep them away from. I am not familiar with the bottle brush flower at all.
