getting another bird

Is it okay to get another bird along with a budgie? If it is what other bird beside a budgie would you recomend? I just do not want my budgie to get lonley.

Your budgie will definately enjoy some company, it probably is best to get another budgie but a canary would be fine also a cockateil my budgie is best friends with our cockateil. But you should be careful introducing another bird to your budgie...Don't put them in the same cage straight away you'll have to ease them into it. I really reccommend getting him a budgie rather than another breed.
