Sick budgies

I have 2 budgies that are 2 years old.  One of them has several small lumps around the eyes and around the beak, and is not as active as before.  The other seems to be fine but keeps pecking at the sick bird. Are there eye drops I can buy?

If there are lmps around his eyes and beak then he might have scaly face a contagese illness that will kill it left untreated, put the sick bird in a cage by its self with a towle over one side of the cage so he doesnt get cold then take him to the vet shortly you may as well take the other one to the vet as he will probly be getting the same illness as the other gets better.
