My parrot is regurgitating

My senagal parrot (who is seven)has recently started regurgitating pieces of food. She usually starts "dancing" and holding out her wings while bobbing her head, then she regurgitates, and eats the food again. Please help me!

Hello Larm and thank you for your post.
I am sorry that it took so long for me to answer you, but I had computer problems that are hopefully resolved now.
Does she do this while holding onto a favorite toy or other object?  It sounds like she is actually a he and he is providing for his family.  This is not incommon, and it's nothing to worry about unless you notice a weight change or a change in his/her feathers.
