Pet Cockatiel on the Loose.. Will she be ok?

our pet cockatiel was let loose.. can she survive on her own?

Hello Yvonne.  Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately she will probably not be able to survive on her own.  She is used to being fed, not looking for food and it is cold outside.
Keep a watch in your local "Lost & Found".  Hopefully somebody has found her and taken her in.
