my pig nose turtle

Question
We got a big 10 year old pig-nose turtle and he is bigger than the size of my moms palms. The main worry is that he always trash around in the gigantic tank. Is it bad???

It is often a sign that it is less than perfectly happy. Without knowing details about the cares and housing, I cannot even guess what might help.
