sick 3-toed

Hi,
I am sure my 3-toed has pneumonia or an upper respiratory infection. I am going to take him in to the vet ASAP but is there much I can do in the meantime to help?? He doesn't have a runny nose but he is sort of gasping for breath :(

I am soaking him in warm water and trying to keep his enclosure nice and warm.

hello. Really the only thing you can do is make sure he is warm, Id stop soaking him so much, but he NEEDs a vet ASAP. If you can not find one please let me know.
There are very little at home treatments you can get him outdoors if it is warm enough.
