wut kind of turtle is it?

Okay so i saw a turtle & it has a orange & black Belly?
It is still a little baby. And it has black stripes on it.
What kind would that be?

According to your description, my guess would be that you've found a red-bellied turtle or the Pseudemys rubriventris.
This specie can be found in Massachusetts as well as in the coastal areas of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and North Carolina.
