I have two questions, one: can a female African side neck turtle live with a female red eared slider? they are the same size and two: my African side neck turtle has red spots on its head, it didn't have them before, is it normal?

Hey Rae, sorry it took a couple days to get to you, I had no idea there was a question waiting.

They can in fact live fine together,. They have the same desires, moving water, clean water. Kep an eye for aggression.

As far as the red spots, is it possile tht he has mites? can you send me a picture?
