Rash

My sugar glider has a rash on his bottom and he has started making the most annoying sounds all day long....I live in NO, LA and am unable to find a decent & knowledgeable Vet.  Are there any products that I can get to relive his pain and should I change his diet?  Please Help Before I Go Insane...LOL
