Answer
First YOU NEED TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!! If you want help from me, then don't waste my TIME! There was a very specific set of instructions to you when you selected to ask me a question, and you ignored that. Provide that information, or find a vet, because otherwise you are wasting my time, and that of this snake.

I'll give you a big clue though, 4 or 5 hard bumps is highly unlikely to be calci-sand, as dumb as that was to use as a substrate. She's probably egg bound. Egg binding tells me that she wasn't being kept under proper temperatures and probably far too small a terrarium to allow for proper exercise, and possible malnutrition. If she is egg bound, she WILL die unless she goes to a vet and is given oxytocin or vassopressin to induce her to pass the eggs.

She will also need antibiotics prescribed to deal with the sepsis caused by any rancid or ruptured eggs. An x-ray will confirm.

If you have no intention of going to a vet, then forget about her surviving this, bottom line. You AREN'T going to cure this yourself.
