Hi. My question is regarding my son's pet Rocky. I did read an answer from another question which was helpful. I need a detailed list of waht they can eat, fruits, veggies, anything else. We give him lots of green leafy lettuce, but the rest of his diet is all from things in a jar from the lizard shop. My son is terrified he'll feed him something that will make him sick, so he keeps his diet so limited...... and boring. For example, we know that need dark greens.... but NOT spinach, it will make them sick. That's why I need specifics. Thank you soo much !

A wide variety should be offered: kale, collard greens, mustard greens, mache, winter squashes, sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, and green peas. In addition, dandelion greens, alfalfa, grass, and edible flowers like hibiscus, nasturtiums, and wild violets can be added to the diet. Beans such as split peas, lentils, navy beans, and other should also be provided. Some of these beans can be sprouted prior to feeding. Bird seed should also be mixed in with the salad.
