do Egyptian dab lizards hibernate?

Answer
The Dab lizard is similar to any other reptile and will brumate or hibernate if the temperature it inhabits falls to a temperature below say 53 degrees F. If the temperature is in the 70's and up, it will remain active year round.  heck to area that your lizard comes from and that will tell you if your pet normally hibernates and for how long.
