Question
QUESTION: Hi, iv just been handling my gecko and noticed a green spot on his stomach. Do you know what it is? Thanks Scott.

ANSWER: Hi Scott,
It would help if you could post a picture.  I've spent a bit of time trying to find a good picture of a leos stomach but didn't have much luck other than the link below.

Leos do have very thin skin and you actually can see their organs, etc. There should not be any lumps though...just a color that you see under the skin.
If his stomach is not bloated, thats usually a good sign if for some reason the spot isn't "
normal".
If he is going to the bathroom, then chances are it isn't a blockage of any type.  If your leo becomes lethargic, continues to refuse to eat, does not go to the bathroom, then he really does need to see a vet to find out what is going on.  There are certain diseases that can affect even young leos.

QUESTION: Hi it won't let upload a pic for some reason. But his stomach is clear with an obvious green spot on it.

Answer
Hi Scott,
As I said, you can see their organs because their skin is so thin on their undersides.  I would seek out a vet to check your leo out as you are having many problems with him eating, etc.
If the spot isn't a lump, chances are its normal but again, to put yourself at ease, I would see a vet.  Many times on here, even seeing a picture can't always give a positive answer as to what you may be seeing.
Is he eating yet?
Is he pooping?
is he active?
These are all questions that need a "yes" answer to and if there is even one "no" answer, a vet needs to be seen and a checkup given. A fecal check is recommended also.
