me bearded dragon runs up and down alot

hi i got a 8 month old bearded dragon and some times he will run up and down in front of the glass he wont hit the glass but he just runs up and down in front of it so i wondered is it normal and will he stop or is something wrong

Pretty normal.  Make sure that his enclosure is large enough, and has plenty of hiding places, to minimize this.  Keep an eye on his nose--if it develops a rub or abrasion, you may need to rethink the enclosure (use a larger one, add more cage furniture, etc), or place contact paper over the lower half so he can't see out.
