my dragon has skin over one eye can you help any thing i can do thank you

 It may be just shed if it suddenly appeared, and the dragon will eventually do a "popeye" and get rid of it himself.  But if it has been covering the eye for a long time and is thick, I would have a good reptile vet check it out and remove the skin.  You could help with lukewarm baths and mistings to help hydrate and loosen the skin.
