baby iguana behavior problems

I have two young iguanas my question is my iguana I got off the net has
been swatting his tail at me and trying to bite me is their anything I can
do to get it to quit acting this way it has been doing this every since I got
it. Please help

Hello Jeremy,

What are the temperatures in the tank?  What type of thermometer do you use to measure the temps, a stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
What type & brand of UVB light do you use, a flourescent tube bulb, or a compact/coil light?
What are you feeding your iguanas?  
Are the iguanas both females?
How are you trying to handle them?  Usually the best way is to slowly & incrementally daily, try to get close to them & see if they will take a piece of food out of your hand so they will associate you with a treat, etc.  It takes awhile for them to tame down, but you must spend time daily with them to get them tamed down.
